The final reminder is always sent in writing by postal mail. All other invoices and reminders are sent in advance via email. If your email address is no longer valid or your inbox is full, you may not have noticed our invoices.
In our terms and conditions, we explicitly state that your email address is our primary means of communication with you. Please ensure that your email address in your account is always up to date.
If your email address has changed, please send a brief message to support@clipmyhorse.tv with your old email address, your new email address, and the information about the change.
