What happens to the content?
Can I watch the FEI competitions and original content once on the new combined platform?
Yes, the new combined platform will include a dedicated FEI section listing all FEI live streaming and VOD content. Furthermore, a new research tool will allow you to find VOD showcasing your favourite riders and horses in no time!
What will happen with the current FEI.tv platform after migration?
The current FEI.tv platform will cease to exist after the migration has been completed. All your data stored on this platform will be deleted at the end of January 2021.
Where do I connect to the new combined platform after migration?
You will be able to access the new combined platform using the usual www.fei.tv or tv.fei.org URLs as soon as the migration has been completed. You can also land on the new platform using the www.clipmyhorse.tv and www.cmh.tv URLs.
Personal & Payment Data, Changes in the Service Contract and Opt-out Option
I agree with all data transfers and changes in the service contract, do I have to take any action?
No, in case you agree with all data transfers and changes in the service contract, you do not need to take actions, these operations will be carried out automatically.
I do not agree with the data transfer or changes in the service contract, do I have to take any action?
Yes, in case you do not agree with the data transfers or with the changes in the service contract, please follow the opt-out instructions included in the email.
I currently do not have an active subscription on FEI.tv, am I concerned by the data transfers and changes in the service contract?
Yes, we will carry out the operation even if you do not hold a subscription at the moment. You can of course use the opt-out option mentioned above in case you prefer to have your data deleted.
Will I be offered another opt-out opportunity?
When you login to the new combined platform with your FEI.tv credentials for the first time, you will also be asked to either accept one last time the new Terms and Conditions of ClipMyhorse.TV or opt-out.
Pricing and Account
After migration, will I be charged the same price and on the same schedule?
Yes, all FEI.tv users with an active subscription at the migration date will be charged the same price and on the same schedule.
Will I be able to login to the new platform using the same credentials than on the current FEI.tv?
In most cases yes. However, depending on when you last updated your password on FEI.tv, you may be required to set up a new one when login to the new platform for the first time.
I currently do not have an active subscription on FEI.tv, will I be able to start a new one at the current FEI.tv price after the migration date?
No. After the migration date, a new pricing chart will apply for all new subscriptions to the combined platforms.
Therefore, we strongly encourage you to subscribe or re-subscribe to FEI.tv right now as to benefit of an advantageous price!
I already have both a FEI.tv and ClipMyHorse.TV subscription, what will happen?
In case you have a subscription on both platforms at the moment, the ClipMyHorse.TV account, contract and subscription will prevail. This means that you will be able to log into the new combined platform using your usual ClipMyHorse.TV credentials and the current ClipMyHorse.tv price will continue to apply.
Mobile, Tablet and Smart TVs App
Will you publish a new iOS and Android app?
Yes, a new mobile and tablet app with new features will be published in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store by the end of January 2021. Once published, you will automatically be asked to upgrade to this new app when launching the current FEI.tv app.
What about smart TVs?
You will be able to access all the ClipyMyHorse.TV and FEI content using the current ClipMyHorse.TV smart TV app. This app is currently available on AppleTV, Amazon Fire TV Stick, AndroidTV and on Samsung Smart TVs.
On top of that, the new mobile and tablet app will allow you to cast your content to any Chromecast and AppleTV device.
