There are two possible reasons for this:
- When you click the full-screen symbol, you see a message stating that you do not have access to this option.
Solution: Please check that you are logged in and your membership is still valid. If you are a Basic member, you can find an upgrade button at the top of the ‘My account’ page.
- There is no full-screen symbol.
Solution a): The browser may be in zoom mode. In this case, you just need to restore the original size of the window. This works differently in different browsers. For most browsers, press the Ctrl key and ‘0’ (zero) to restore the original size, and ‘+’ or ‘-’ to zoom in or out.
Solution b): Your screen resolution has been modified. Please choose a higher resolution.
