This is how it works:
- As a premium member, please log in with your email address and password.
- Click on the requested event or round on the media library, please do not go through the horse profile.
- The player will open. To download that round click on this icon:
If this icon is not displayed, this means that you're not logged in as a premium member or the round is not approved for purchase. Please contact us to clarify this.
- Now, a new form with information will appear on the screen. Here you have the possibility to select the desired method of payment and a billing address.

By clicking on "Place order" the system will begin preparing the round for the download.
- Next you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your purchase. Then you will receive another e-mail with a link to download the round. The link to the download can also be found under "My Account" -> "Downloads".
For premium members, the download costs 20 €. The download link will be valid for one week.
Please note the following:
By clicking the "Place order" button, you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and confirm that you are over 18 years old. Furthermore, you also confirm that you have viewed the video before ordering it and are satisfied with the quality.
The ordered video is excluded from revocation.
