- Log in with your email address and password as a Premium Member.
- Navigate to the "Archives". Search for the desired ride via the event, not via the horse profile.
- Start the video in the player. Click on the video to make the player controls visible, and look for the following icon in the lower right corner of the player:
If the icon is not displayed, either the ride is not available for purchase, or an error has occurred. Please contact us to resolve the issue.
- After clicking on the icon, a form will appear. Select your preferred payment method and billing address, then click "Purchase video"

The system will start preparing the video for download. Depending on the video length, this may take up to 24 hours.
- Shortly you will receive an email from us confirming your purchase. Once the download is available, you will receive another email with a download link for the video.
- The download link is also available in "My Account" → "Downloads."
The download link is valid for one week after it is provided.

The purchased video is non-refundable. With your purchase, you acquire the right to use the video for private purposes, for promoting your horse online, and as an athlete for sports-related presentations. The video must be published in a publicly accessible area.
You may use CMH content exclusively for private and non-commercial purposes in accordance with the specified Terms of Use. Modifying or altering the content, creating copies (e.g., via screenshots or screen recording), or making them publicly accessible—especially on social networks—is not permitted. Likewise, reselling, publicly sharing, or using the content for advertising on other platforms is prohibited.
