I've forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it. Just take the following steps:

3. Click on ‘Forgotten password’ in the bottom left part of the screen
4. Enter your email address and click ‘Reset password’
5. You will receive an email from us. Please click the link contained in the email
6. You will be redirected to a page where you can enter a new password.

Notice:

You can just use the same e-mail address, as you used by the registration.

If you can not find this e-mail, please search it in your "SPAM" or "JUNK" incoming  box.

The link on this e-mail works just once and within a certain time. If you get an error message, please start again by the 1. step.
