My video is stuttering, and I see the message "buffering"

Buffering refers to "caching" or "preloading" and indicates the time it takes for a video to load before playback begins.

Our events are streamed in Full HD and require a minimum speed of 10–15 Mbps for smooth playback. The issue may be due to an unstable or slow internet connection. Please check the following:

1. Your internet speed (at least 6 Mbps is recommended for low-quality playback).
2. Whether other devices in your network are consuming significant bandwidth.
3. Close other applications or restart your router if necessary.
