If you are a paying member, you can specify a new address for all future transactions. Unfortunately, we currently cannot change the billing address for invoices that have already been issued. To change your billing address for future invoices, follow the instructions below. Here’s how it works:
- Log in to ClipMyHorse.TV:
If you have not logged in to our website yet, please do this first.
- Next, access your account:
You account overview allows you to view and manage your personal data.
- Add a new billing address:
To change the billing address associated with your account, you first need to add a new address. To do this, click the button labelled ‘Add address’
You will be directed to a form where you can enter your new address. Please complete all mandatory fields.
The ‘company’ field is not mandatory. If you do not need the invoice for a company, simply leave the field blank.
To save the new address, simply click the ‘Save address’ button. The form will close and a new address will be displayed in your account overview.
If you did not specify a company name, the corresponding field will not be displayed.
- Associate the new address with your contract
After adding a new billing address, you need to associate it with the contract for which you wish to use the address.
