Good news for you: From now on, you don't need to pay twice to watch the FEI.TV and ClipMyHorse.TV content.
When ClipMyHorse.TV migrate your FEI.TV contract, we are checking if you have already a ClipMyHorse.TV Premium access. If so, we are automatically cancelling the FEI subscription so that you only keep the ClipMyHorse.TV membership. The ClipMyHorse.TV membership will guarantee you that you are able to watch every content on the platform.
This means that you will save some money because you will keep the CMH.TV subscription for your current price and you will not be charged for an extra FEI.TV membership anymore.
What happens if one of my contracts is cancelled?
If you have a paid account on ClipMyHorse.TV and a paid FEI.TV account which you have already terminated, we will not migrate your FEI.TV contract and will keep the ClipMyHorse.TV subscription. This means that you will have still access to the ClipMyHorse.TV and FEI.TV content in the future.
In the case that you have already cancelled your subscription on both platforms, we will cancel the access to the platform at the end of your contract. The end date of the contract, which has the longer term, is taken into account.
